  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • 1 medium green pepper, sliced
  • 1 pack gravy mix
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 4 tsp soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp ground ginger
  • 3 cups hot cooked rice

Directions:

Cut meat in half lengthwise then crosswise in thin slices.

Coo meat, onion, pepper in hot oil in a skillet until meat is browned.

Stir in remaining ingredients except rice.

Cook 5 minutes stirring constantly.
