Flank Steak

A delicious flank steak recipe that doesn’t take long to cook. The sauté pan is pre-heated first before adding the olive oil. The key is to season the steak with black pepper, salt, oregano & paprika and sear it for a few minutes over high heat to tenderize a tougher piece of meat. Slice the steak and serve with vegetables, tortillas, salsa, guacamole, etc.

Ingredients
3 tbsp.
olive oil
8 ounces
flank steak
1/2 tsp.
black pepper
1/4 tsp.
paprika
1/2 tsp.
salt
1/2 tsp.
oregano
Directions
1. Heat a sauté pan over high heat and add olive oil.
2. Season the steak with black pepper, salt, oregano and paprika.
3. Add the steak to the hot pan and sear over high heat for 4 minutes on each side.
4. Remove the steak from the pan.
5. Slice the steak and serve.
