Skirt Steak With a Touch of Beer

This skirt steak recipe is marinated with beer and other seasonings. The key is to let it marinated for about an hour in the refrigerator to lock in those juices before grilling it to medium-high heat. Discard leftover marinade and grill the steak to desired doneness. Slice into strips and use it as your favorite taco filling!

Ingredients
4 cloves
garlic
2 lb
skirt steak
1
kosher salt
1 tsp.
black pepper
1 cup
light beer
1/2 cup
soy sauce
Directions
1. Season the steak on both sides with salt and black pepper.
2. Place it a zip lock bag with the beer, the garlic and soy sauce and let it marinate for one hour in the refrigerator.
3. Prepare grill for medium-high heat.
4. Remove meat from the marinade and discard leftover marinade.
5. Grill steak to desired doneness, about 4 minutes per side.
