Today we’re sharing the seasoned steak recipe which is the perfect way to perk up your beef sirloin. The key is to mix all the ingredients mentioned below except the steak in a zip lock bag, then marinate the steak for 30 minutes to let the mixed seasoning work its magic. Grill the steak over medium heat to have a perfect steakhouse texture. You can experiment to use any combination of herbs and spices to season steaks.
 

Ingredients
1 1/2 lb
beef sirloin steak
3 tbsp.
olive oil
2 tbsp.
fresh parsley
1 tbsp.
basil
1 tbsp.
oregano
1/2 tsp.
salt
1/2 tsp.
ground pepper
2 tsp.
rosemary
3 cloves
garlic, crushed
Directions
1. Combine all ingredients except steak in a zip lock bag.
2. Add steak and marinade for 30 minutes.
3. Grill steak over medium for about 5 minutes on each side.

This steak with peppers recipe is one of the steak recipes with few ingredients and easy to do. The key is to let the steak strips cook in medium heat until well browned and cook the vegetables until they are tender. Make sure the beef is cooked through. white onion, sliced

water
Directions
1. Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
2. Add the steak strips and cook until well browned.
3. Remove the beef from the skillet.
4. Heat 1 tbsp oil in the skillet over medium heat.
5. Add the peppers and onion and cook until the vegetables are tender.
6. Then add the garlic and oregano to the skillet and cook for 1 minute.
7. Add the beef to the skillet. Stir in the water and cook until the beef is cooked through.
