Steak with Onions and Peppers

This steak with onions and peppers recipe is a mouthwatering skillet dish full of flavor. The tender flank steak is seasoned then cooked until it’s perfectly tender and juicy. All tossed with large onions, shallots and colorful bell peppers, they’re ready to eat in around 15 minutes. Ingredients

flank steak
2 large
onions

shallots

bell peppers
2 cloves
garlic
2 tbsp.
olive oil
salt
ground black pepper
Directions
1. Heat up 1 tbsp. of olive oil in a large skillet placed over a medium heat.
2. Throw in the onions and garlic and cook for about 5 minutes.
3. Place the onion and garlic on a plate.
4. Add a tablespoon of olive oil in medium heat.
5. Place the beef to the skillet and cook for about 5 minutes then set aside.
6. Add the peppers and shallots, and cook until the peppers start to soften for about 5 minutes.
7. Take the cooked onions and beef back into the pan and cook until everything is warm.

Directions
1. Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
2. Add the steak strips and cook until well browned.
3. Remove the beef from the skillet.
4. Heat 1 tbsp oil in the skillet over medium heat.
5. Add the peppers and onion and cook until the vegetables are tender.
6. Then add the garlic and oregano to the skillet and cook for 1 minute.
7. Add the beef to the skillet. Stir in the water and cook until the beef is cooked through.
